                                         My Philosophy

My intention is to make healthy living realistic and sustainable. I believe that when you are healthy, you have more energy and drive to fulfill your passions and life goals.  I provide individualized, natural solutions to help people feel better today and prevent chronic disease in the future. I achieve this by taking a step-by-step approach to implement healthy habits and removing obstacles to cure.  Everyone deserves to feel more confident, energized and to live pain free.

I want to hear your story, I want to understand you and I want to help you on your journey to a healthier, more authentic you!

        Areas of Interest

I am passionate about helping people achieve their health goals, regardless of their age. I am dedicated to educating and empowering my patients to take charge of their health by providing them with the most current medical information and evidenced-based research to address their healthcare needs. I take the time to understand each patient’s current and past medical history in order to address the root cause of illness; treating the person as a whole. My treatment plans are individualized for each patient to ensure optimal outcomes. I believe that every patient deserves to have all aspects of their health to be considered, not just their symptoms alone.

I run a general naturopathic family practice and accept patients of all ages. I have a special interest in treating hormonal health, which ranges from thyroid conditions and dealing with high stress environments to menopause, menstrual and fertility concerns by using natural interventions. I am also passionate about digestive health, mental and emotional health, and sleep disturbances.

I am thrilled to offer Intravenous (IV) Nutrient Therapy as an adjunctive treatment to my practice. Integrating IV therapy into treatment plans gets patients feeling better, quicker.
